Disabling Windows XP Balloon PopUps

1. Launch regedit.

2. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.

3. Create a REG_DWORD named EnableBalloonTips.

4. Set the value data to 0.

5. Close regedit.

6. Reboot the computer.

Keeping only the Administrator Account

Log on with Administrator account. Go to start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Local Users and Groups>Users
and delete any users you would like removed.

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type "control userpasswords2" and click OK
Select the user account you wish to remove
Click on the "Remove" button.

How to remove alternate operating system from PC?

Ok I will assume u r running Windows 98 and Xp.
Start Windows Xp and right click on my computer and then got to properties.
Then go to advanced, then start up and recovery settings.
You will see the name of ur default OS, click on edit and remove the other OS.
JUST REMOVE THAT LINE NOTHING ELSE PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
Now click ok and save and exit that. Now u can format the drive of the other OS and that OS is completely removed.
